No Sound

1Make sure Hearing Aid T-coil is turned on and functional.

2 Battery may be dead.

3Verify that the Quick Disconnect is fully seated.

4 Verify that the CLA7BT is turned on.

5Verify that the phone or audio device is turned on.

6Check to verify that the CLA7BT is paired and connected with the device.

Weak Sound

1 Weak battery.

2Turn up the volume on the CLA7BT.

3 Turn up the volume on the phone.

4 Check your hearing aid – weak battery.

5Check your hearing aid – weak or non- functional t-coil
