Assemble pole using pole connector. Keep holes on one side and towards top.

Place pole end caps on top and bottom of assembled pole.

Attach pole clips into holes, based on the height you want the shelf.

Install wall clips and shelving according to package instructions. When shelving is mounted to wall, snap front lip of shelf into pole clips.
