REMINDER: | The chimney must extend at least three feet above the highest point |
| where it passes through the roof of a building. The chimney must be at |
| least two feet higher than any portion of a building within ten feet of the |
| chimney. Refer again to Figure 5 for clarification. |
Install the flashing, storm collar and the chimney cap following the chimney manufacturer’s instructions.
Refer to the chimney manufacturer’s requirements concerning supports, bracing, anchors, and other required material.
Figure 23, Figure 24, Figure 25, and Figure 26 are provided as reference examples for different chimney installations. Please refer to the chimney manufacturer’s instructions for proper installation of the type chimney being installed with the Inglenook Fireplace.
