6. If the transfer is successful, the Viewport screen displays a message similar
to CNWPR [v0.3]. If the transfer is unsuccessful, the screen will again
display the bootloader message CNWPR Bootloader (v8.3).

Net ID of gateway is
incorrectly set.
Verify that the Net ID for the gateway
and the Net ID set in the SIMPL
program match.
RF ID is incorrectly set. Verify that the RF ID for the gateway
and the RF ID set in the SIMPL
program match.
Program does not
match hardware.
Verify correct program is loaded in
system.
Gateway is unplugged
(no power).
Verify power to the gateway.
Wrong WPR-48 in use. If multiple transmitters are accessible,
verify proper unit is used.
No response
from Cresnet
system.
WPR-48 not properly
configured.
Run Viewport and verify WPR-48
attributes.
