MEASUREMENT SUGGESTIONS:

For the richest coffee flavour, we suggest using one rounded table- spoon (15 ml) of ground coffee for every 5 ounces (148 ml) of water.

The measurement markings in the grinder bowl indicate re f e re n c e

For example, when making automatic drip coffee, if you fill the bowl with beans to the maximum 18 cup marking, you will have enough ground coffee for 18 cups (2.6 L).

Note: These markings are approximate. Experiment with diff e rent quantities to determine what works best.

DCG-12BCC specifications

The Cuisinart DCG-12BCC is a powerful and compact coffee grinder that caters to coffee enthusiasts and casual drinkers alike. This machine is designed to make the grinding process not only efficient but also convenient, ensuring that coffee lovers can enjoy the freshest grounds possible for their favorite brews.

One of the standout features of the DCG-12BCC is its stainless steel blades. These blades are engineered for durability and precision, ensuring that they can easily grind coffee beans to a uniform consistency, whether you prefer a fine powder for espresso or a coarser grind for a French press. The grinder's operation is simple; a push-top lid design allows users to control the grind time and achieve the desired consistency easily. The longer you press down, the finer the grind becomes, resulting in customized coffee grounds based on personal preference.

Another notable characteristic is the capacity of the grinder. It can hold up to 90 grams of coffee beans, which is sufficient for making up to 12 cups of fresh coffee. This generous capacity makes it a great choice for families or those who entertain a lot, as it allows for grinding enough beans in one go without needing to refill constantly.

The Cuisinart DCG-12BCC is also equipped with a safety lock feature. The grinder will not operate unless the lid is securely in place, which is a great benefit for users who may have concerns about safety, especially in busy kitchens. This attention to safety, combined with its sleek design, makes the grinder an attractive addition to any countertop.

Cleaning the grinder is straightforward, as it has a removable grinding bowl that can be easily detached for accessibility. This ensures that maintaining the grinder is hassle-free, allowing users to focus more on brewing their favorite coffee rather than worrying about upkeep.

In terms of technology, the Cuisinart DCG-12BCC is simple yet reliable, providing consistent results with each use. The design is compact, making it ideal for kitchens with limited counter space. In summary, the Cuisinart DCG-12BCC is a reliable, efficient, and user-friendly coffee grinder, perfect for anyone looking to enhance their coffee experience with fresh, personalized grounds.
