MEASUREMENT SUGGESTIONS:

For the richest coffee flavor, we suggest using one and one-half (1-1/2) rounded tablespoons of ground coffee for every 5 ounces of water. If you have a Cuisinart® Coffee BarTM Coffeemaker, the cups are measured in 5-ounce increments.

The measurement markings on the lid indicate reference measurements.

For example, for automatic drip coffee, if you fill the lid to the •••• marking with whole beans, you will have

enough ground coffee to reach the •• marking. This equals enough ground coffee for two 5-oz. cups, using the Cuisinart recipe.

Note: These markings are approximate. Experiment with different quantities to determine what works best.

The Cuisinart DCG-20, DCG-20BKN, and DCG-20BK are versatile and efficient coffee grinders that cater to both coffee aficionados and casual drinkers alike. These models stand out in the market with a combination of robust features, innovative technology, and sleek designs that align with contemporary kitchen aesthetics.

One of the primary features of these grinders is their stainless steel blades, engineered for precision grinding. This allows users to achieve consistency in the grind size, which is crucial for extracting the best flavors from coffee beans. Whether you prefer a coarse grind for French press or a fine grind for espresso, these machines can accommodate various brewing styles.

The DCG-20 series is designed for user-friendliness. The one-touch operation simplifies the grinding process, making it accessible even for beginners. With just a press of a button, users can control the grind time, thereby customizing the grind size to suit individual preferences. This level of control ensures that every cup of coffee brewed from freshly ground beans meets the desired strength and flavor profile.

In terms of capacity, these models can hold up to 90 grams of coffee beans, which is sufficient to brew several cups in one go. This makes them ideal for households with multiple coffee drinkers or for those who enjoy entertaining guests. Additionally, the transparent lid allows users to monitor the grinding process without having to open the grinder, adding to the convenience and ease of use.

Another notable characteristic of the Cuisinart DCG-20 series is the removable grinding bowl, which simplifies the cleanup process. Once grinding is complete, the bowl can be easily detached and cleaned, ensuring that no leftover coffee grounds hinder the flavor of future brews. The grinder's sleek and compact design also means it can be conveniently stored on a countertop without taking up too much space.

Despite the simplicity in design, these coffee grinders are built to last. The sturdy construction ensures durability, while the modern aesthetic fits seamlessly into any kitchen décor. Whether you're brewing for yourself or for a group, the Cuisinart DCG-20, DCG-20BKN, and DCG-20BK models deliver a reliable and high-quality grinding experience that enhances the coffee-making process.
