INTRODUCTION

You’ll love your Cuisinart® 4-Slice Tandem Toaster. Thanks to the powerful 1800-watt heating element, your toaster lets you put toasted items on the plate faster! It also features Bagel, Reheat and Defrost functions, plus six shade settings. Toast waffles, bagels, muffin halves, and bread just the way you like them! The Always EvenShade control toasts evenly every time, and an energy-saving 2/4 slice selector lets you turn off one slot if you’re toasting only one or two items. The cleanup is easy, too – the crumb tray slides out and the cool-touch housing wipes clean in seconds!

Some notes on browning

Toasting is a combination of cooking and drying of the bread. Therefore, differences in moisture level from one bread to another can result in varying toasting times.

For slightly dry bread, use a lower setting than you normally would.
