Door and Drawer Front Removal
Some installations require door and drawer front removal before transporting the refrigerator through doorways to the location where it will be used.
IMPORTANT:
•Keep the refrigerator doors closed until you are ready to lift them free from the cabinet.
•Provide additional support for the refrigerator door while the hinges are being removed. Do not depend on the door gasket magnets to hold the door in place while you are working.
1.Remove food and any adjustable door or utility bins from doors.
2.Unplug the power cord from the power source.
3.Remove the base grille. Grasp the
grille firmly and pull it toward you.
4. Remove both top hinge covers as shown.

6.Disconnect the water line on top of the left
hinge by holding the tabbed section of the water line while turning
the black locking collar clockwise.
7.Disassemble the two top
hinges as shown and lift each door off the hinge pin.
8.On some models, remove the shim from the bottom hinge pins and keep them for later use.
9. Remove the Phillips screws that hold the center hinges in place. Remove the hinges and retain them and all screws for later use.
10. Pull the freezer drawer completely open.
11. Loosen the four (4) screws attaching the drawer brackets to the drawer front as shown.
NOTE: Loosen the screws only three to four turns. Do not remove the screws from the drawer front.
12. Lift the drawer front upward and off the screws.
13.Remove the leveling legs brackets from the bottom of the cabinet. Keep screws for later
use.
