1.Connectez le câble d’interface (I/F) au imager.

2.Connectez le câble I/F au port de communication de l’ordinateur.

3.Connectez le cordon d’alimentation au câble I/F si requis. Les imagers qui sont alimentés par l’ordinateur n’ont pas besoin d’une autre source d’alimentation.

4.Si nécessaire, branchez l’adaptateur CA sur la prise murale.

5.Pour vérifier le fonctionnement, pointez le linear imager sur le code à barres et appuyez sur la gâchette. Le linear imager doit émettre un seul bip indiquant que l’étiquette a été déchiffrée correctement.

L’installation du linear imager est terminée.

Alimentation

Modèles référencés Classe II et Classe III nécessitant une alimen- tation externe (Limited Power Source). Afin de valider le certificat de sécurité, l’alimentation classe III doit être certifiée IEC/ EN60950-1 (Séries EN 60335, EN 60065 ou équivalent).
