BEFORE FIRST USE

 

Scoop

 

1.Wash all parts in warm soapy water.

2.Read all instructions.

USING THE ICE CRUSHER

1.Place the unit on a dry, flat surface. Plug the unit in. (The blue power indicator will illuminate. The light will stay on as long as the unit is plugged in.)

2.Place the ice container (with lid on) under the ice chamber.

3.Check the ice crushing chamber for presence of foreign objects, make sure there is nothing inside the ice crushing chamber before using.

4.Turn on the motor and let it run for a few seconds.

5.Take off the protective lid.

6.Place an ice cube on the metal ice inlet door. Push up on the ice inlet door lever until the ice cube falls into chamber.

7.Put the protective lid back into place and hold into position. Once, the ice cube is crushed repeat, steps 4-5.

NOTE: Ice Crusher crushers 14 oz. of ice per minute.

8.When complete, pull out the ice container and remove lid to retrieve ice.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Unplug the ice crusher before cleaning it. Never immerse this appliance into water or any other liquid.

Simply wipe the ice crusher exterior with a damp cloth.

Wash ice container with lid and scoop with warm soapy water. Avoid the use of abrasives or steel wool.

If crushing flavored ice cubes, the crushing chamber can be cleaned by crushing plain ice cubes, until clean. Do not attempt to clean the ice chamber with hands. The ice chamber houses the crushing blades. Use extreme caution.

Do not disassemble the unit for cleaning purposes.

All parts should be thoroughly dried before storing away.

Cord storage is located beneath the base.
