Connecting the crossover
1. To connect the woofer
XConnect terminal 1 to the – terminal of the woofer.
XConnect terminal 2 to the + terminal of the woofer.
2. To connect the tweeter
The terminals 4, 5 and 6 provide an adjustment possibility of the sound level. This makes it possible to adjust the level according to the placement of the speaker in the car and to your personal preference.
XConnect terminal 3 to the – terminal of the tweeter.
XConnect terminal 4 or 5 or 6 to the + terminal of the tweeter.
–just use one of the terminals 4, 5 or 6
–start with terminal 5 for a first setup
–use terminal 4 to increase sound pressure level by 2 dB
–use terminal 6 to decrease sound pressure level by 2 dB
3. To connect the midrange
The terminals 8, 9 and 10 provide an adjustment possibility of the sound level. This makes it possible to adjust the level according to the placement of the speaker in the car and to your personal preference.
XConnect terminal 7 to the – terminal of the midrange.
XConnect terminal 8 or 9 or 10 to the + terminal of the midrange.
–just use one of the terminals 8, 9 or 10
–start with terminal 9 for a first setup
–use terminal 8 to increase sound pressure level by 2 dB
–use terminal 10 to decrease sound pressure level by 2 dB
4. To connect the power amplifier
XConnect terminal 2 to the + terminal of the power amplifier.
XConnect terminal 3 to the – terminal of the power amplifier.
