Troubleshooting
If the keyboard or the mouse is malfunctioning, do one of the following:
•Change the mouse or keyboard batteries.
•Move the receiver away from the computer and the monitor and repeat the
•Make sure the USB port on the computer is working.
•Make sure that the receiver connector or cable is not broken or tangled.
