MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

Please be aware that certain parts of this Paint Sprayer will wear, requiring replacement and that these parts are not covered by guarantee. These parts include the Valve Assembly (3a), Nozzle (1 & 2), Piston and Spring (3b & 3c). The wear on these parts depends on the abrasiveness of the paints being sprayed. You would normally expect to replace an atomiser valve after spraying between 25-45 litres of materials.

A worn valve will cause a poor spray pattern and will require replacing. Replacement valves are available from the Earlex Service Department (see page 11 for contact details).

You will need to check the spray nozzles, Piston and Spring from time to time to check for wear. Replace if necessary.

NEVER DISPOSE OF PAINTS OR SOLVENTS INTO DRAINS. CONTACT YOUR LOCAL COUNCIL TO ARRANGE COLLECTION.

The ASG55 also features adjustable spray patterns, which offer flexibility for different applications. Operators can choose from circular, horizontal, or vertical spray patterns, making it ideal for a range of projects, from large walls to intricate trim and furniture details. This versatility, combined with adjustable flow control, allows users to customize the amount of paint applied, ensuring optimal results for every job.

For enhanced user comfort, the ASG55 is equipped with a 5-meter hose, providing extended reach without the need for constant repositioning. This feature is particularly useful for larger projects where space can be a limiting factor.

In summary, the Earlex ASG55 is a reliable solution for achieving professional-level finishes effortlessly.
