The CXA240 provides outputs for 4 ohm loads and for 70 V and 100 V distributed systems. The output stage is designed with smart circuitry that protects against permanent damage caused by overloading, shorts, and extreme temperatures. The front panel has indicators for power on, signal level, signal presence, peak (clipping), and protect mode.
The CXA240 operates on 115 V or 230 V AC mains determined by a voltage select switch. A 24 V DC power input allows connecting backup battery power with automatic AC to DC switchover in the event of AC mains failure. Five year warranty.
