During a normal night time period of approximately 8 hours a traditional fridge freezer can normally maintain the frozen food temperature but if the appliance is left for a longer period in a low ambient temperature the freezer will defrost .

If, after the above checks, there is still a fault, call your local Service Force Centre.

In-guarantee customers should ensure that the above checks have been made as the engineer will make a charge if the fault is not a mechanical or electrical breakdown.

Please note that proof of purchase is required for any in-guarantee service calls.
