3.3. Disassembly and Assembly of CSF Bin 1
Thissection describes procedures for disassemblingand assembling the optionalcut sheetfeeder. In
general,you can install a componentin the CSF simply byreversing the procedurefor removing it.
Therefore,this section does not describeassembly procedures in most cases.If necessary,special notes on
assemblinga compo nent are given atthe end of thedescription of each procedure.
3.3.1 Disassembling the Right Side Block
1. Removethe CSF gear cover bypushing and releasing the4 clips in thefollowing figure.
2. Remove the 3 CPBtight (3 ×12) screws securing thestepping motor tothe right CSF frame.
3. Disconnect connector CN1 from the CSFboard assembly, and then remove thestepping motor.
4. Remove the CPB tight (3 ×12) screw securing the CSFboard assembly, and disconnect connector
CN2.
5. Remove the CSFboard assembly by releasing1 clip fixing the CSFboard assembly to the right
CSF frame.
6. Remove the 13 gears mountedon the right CSF frame.
