3 Close the scanner.
Note: Don’t connect the RX680 Series to the computer yet.
3 Turn on the RX680 Series
1 Connect the power cable.
2 Press the 
On button.
4 Install ink cartridges
Note: Don’t load paper before installing the ink cartridges.

Lift up the scanner.
Open the cartridge cover.
3 Unpack the ink cartridges.
4 Remove only the yellow tape from each cartridge.
Caution: Don’t remove any other seals from the cartridges.
