Troubleshooting
Problem SolvingReading the indicators
The projector indicates its status using the indicators.
(the icon and the around the button) and
(the icon) light and flash, and lights and flashes in
red according to the current status.
The following tables show what the indicators mean and
how to remedy the problems that they indicate.
*If all indicators are switched off, check that the power
cable is connected correctly and that the main power
switch is on.
When the (warning) indicator is lit or flashing
: Lit : Flashing : Off

When using above an altitude of about 1500 m, make sure you set the "High Altitude Mode" to

High internal temperature

The lamp will switch off
automatically and projection will
stop. Wait for approximately 5
minutes. When the cooling fan
stops, turn off the main power
switch at the rear of the projector.
High-speed cooling in

You can continue using the
projector, but if the temperature
rises again, it will switch off
automatically.

Replace the lamp
and then turn the
power on.
If the problem is still not solved after the lamp is
replaced, stop using the projector and disconnect the
power cable from the electrical outlet. Then
