INTRODUCTION
The SODIR model FC-26, FC-34 and CN-34 convection ovens are designed to offer quality baking, cooking and rethermalization. The ovens are constructed of food service quality stainless steel and are equipped with rear-mounted blower fan and heating element. Model CN-34 features an attractive black metallic exterior finish and a brass handle. The units are thermostatically controlled up to 480 F and include a 120-minute timer. Two indicator lights – green and red – add convenience for operator. Standard units include two wire baking racks (Model FC-26) or three wire baking racks (Models FC-34 and CN-34) and a bake pan. All models will accommodate ¼-size sheet pan or ½-size cafeteria pan. Extra bake pans are available upon request.

INSTALLATION
The SODIR convection oven needs to be connected to a grounded outlet of proper voltage (208/240V or 120V) depending on the model. DO NOT place the unit in a damp area or near steam sources. Make sure that the exterior rear ventilation panel is not blocked. Maintain 4” clearance at each side, rear and top of the oven.
