EQH5200 specifications

The EverFocus EQH5200 is a robust and versatile box camera designed for various surveillance applications. Known for its high-quality imaging capabilities, this camera emphasizes clarity and reliability in environments where monitoring is critical.

One of the standout features of the EQH5200 is its high-resolution imaging. It boasts a 5 megapixel sensor, which allows for detailed and sharp video footage. This is essential for identifying subjects and capturing minute details, making it suitable for security purposes in retail, industrial, and public spaces. The camera operates effectively during both day and night, thanks to its advanced IR capabilities, ensuring that it delivers consistent performance in varying lighting conditions.

The lens options available for the EQH5200 further enhance its adaptability. It supports various lens types, including variable and fixed focal lengths, enabling users to customize the field of view according to their specific surveillance needs. This flexibility is crucial for installations that require specific angles or distances, allowing for optimal coverage of any given area.

Another significant characteristic of the EverFocus EQH5200 is its support for H.265 video compression. This advanced codec provides substantial bandwidth savings without sacrificing image quality. With H.265, users can store more video footage on their existing storage systems, which is particularly beneficial for long-term surveillance where storage capacity can become a concern.

The EQH5200 is equipped with features such as wide dynamic range (WDR) technology. This allows the camera to perform well in scenes with high contrast, such as bright sunlight and shadows simultaneously. WDR helps in maintaining visibility in challenging lighting situations, ensuring that crucial details are not lost.

Connectivity options are abundant with the EQH5200, which includes multiple protocols for integration with existing security systems. The camera supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), streamlining installation by allowing power and data to be transmitted over the same cable, reducing wiring complexities.

In conclusion, the EverFocus EQH5200 is a sophisticated surveillance camera that combines high-resolution imaging, flexible lens options, advanced video compression, and excellent dynamic range capabilities. Its robust design and comprehensive features make it a valuable addition to any security installation, providing peace of mind through reliable monitoring solutions.
