NO ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS

The Everpure Models SSFM-100M-15 & SSFM-100M-25 Recir- culating Brominators feed a set quantity of bromine into a potable water tank ensuring that the water is bacteriologically safe to drink. These brominators are designed with no electrical components, making it ideal for explosion-proof environments.

MOUNTING

Select a location suitable for supporting the weight and dimensions of the brominator before mounting. The mounting plate is 24” X 28” with four (4) mounting holes for buyer supplied screws, nuts and lock washers. All installation piping is buyer supplied.

PLUMBING TERMINATIONS

The recirculating bromine feeder bypass header is designed for mounting between two (2) 1" IPS commercial flanges.

NOTES

A potable water storage tank should be treated whenever it is filled from a shore source, or whenever there is no measurable bromine residual in the tank. A measurable bromine residual will insure the water is safe to drink. No additional pump is required. The pump on the pressure set will be sufficient.

Water meter monitors flow through the bromine cartridge and serves as the cartridge change indicator.

Treated water leaving the bromine cartridge will be slightly corro- sive. It is recommended that the pipe returning to the storage tank be either brass, bronze or plastic.
