A Power LED — Indicates power is applied.

B Rate indicators (MDA 4V HD-SDI only) — These indicators light to indicate the detected input video rate on the HD-SDI input BNC connector. The recognized rates are 270 Mbps, 1.485 Gbps, or 2.97 Gbps.

C Unknown rate indicator (MDA 4V HD-SDI only) — When lit, this LED indicates that an input is detected on the HD-SDI input BNC connector but that the MDA did not recognize the rate.

NThe MDA equalizes and distributes the input regardless of whether the rate is recognized or not.

System operation

After the MDA and all of its connected devices are powered up, the system is fully operational. If any problems are encountered, ensure all cables are routed and connected properly.
