Use And Care Instructions
Prior to using Fagor’s Cast Aluminum Cookware for the first time, please read these instructions carefully.
Before First Use:
•Before using for the first time, wash in hot, soapy water, dry thoroughly, and coat with a thin layer of oil (vegetable, canola, olive).
•Read the safety instructions found in this manual.
Everyday Use:
•This cookware is compatible with gas, electric, radiant and induction cooktops.
•Do not use it directly on a coal barbecue or on a wood fire. Never use it in a microwave oven.
•If you are using a gas cooktop, always put the cookware on a burner that is of equal or smaller size than the cookware itself; you will avoid safety hazards, save energy and keep your kitchen cooler.
•Avoid extreme changes in temperature. If you start cooking or preheating on a low heat for 20 seconds you will be prolonging the life of your
