Assembly

Tank

Frame

•Place the tank on the frame, as shown.

•Align the hole in the tank with the hole in the frame.

•Insert one 5/8" screw through the tank and into the frame. Tighten the screw with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.

Seat

Peg

Frame

•Insert the left rear peg on the seat into the left opening on the frame.

•Position the right rear peg on the seat above the right opening and snap firmly into place.

Helpful Hint: Check your child's fit on the Tough Trike by observing the seat to pedal distance as it is being ridden. If the pedals seem too far away for your child, attach the booster seat.

•Insert the back tab on the booster seat first and then press down on the front to secure the two front tabs.

•As your child grows, the booster seat may be removed. To remove, insert a flat end screwdriver into the front slots and push up.
