Setup & Use
IMPORTANT! Test sound reception of this monitor before first time use and whenever you change location of transmitter (see page 6).
Adjust Channel
•Set transmitter channel switch to same channel as receiver.
•Place transmitter in same room with child. Point microphone directly toward cot or play area.
•Unwrap and fully extend power cord for best transmission. Plug power cord into wall outlet. Use the power cord only in a wall outlet. Do not plug the power cord into a ceiling outlet.
•Press transmitter power button to turn power on.
•Press night light on transmitter for a soft, glowing light. (Press again to turn off night light.)
•Place receiver where you will see or hear it.
•Unwrap and fully extend AC adaptor cord for best reception. Insert AC adaptor jack into receiver socket and plug into wall outlet. Use the AC adaptor only in a wall outlet. Do not plug the AC adaptor into a celing outlet.
Note: To use batteries as a power source, refer to instructions on page 5.
•Rotate receiver on/off/volume dial to turn power on. Power indicator lights. Rotate on/off/volume dial to adjust volume.
• Clip to your clothes to stay in touch with baby!
Hint: Under permitting conditions, the receiver receives sounds up to 120 meters (400 feet) away from baby!
