•Fit the end of the arm to the socket on the mobile hub.
•Tighten both screws in the arm to secure the mobile hub.
Long Spoke

•Attach a long spoke to the mobile hub, as shown.
•Tighten the screw in the long spoke.
•Repeat this procedure to attach the remaining long spokes to the mobile hub.
