4. Press the yStop button.
If a cartridge is low or expended, the print head moves that cartridge to the
replacement position to indicate that it should be replaced. The PPower light
starts flashing.
If two or more ink cartridges are expended, the expended cartridge at the far
left moves to the replacement position. The PPower light starts flashing.
If no cartridges are low or expended, the print head does not move.
Note:
Do not hold the y Stop button for more than three seconds, or the printer may
start cleaning the print head.
5. Squeeze the tab on the cartridge and lift it up. Dispose of
it carefully. Do not take the used cartridge apart or try to
refill it.
Warning:
If ink gets on your hands, wash them thoroughly with soap
and water. If ink gets into your eyes, flush them immediately
with water. Keep ink cartridges out of the reach of children.
