Set the mode dial to “E”.
To take pictures using the viewfinder (excluding
Macro Photography), or the LCD monitor, press
the “DISP” button to switch the LDC monitor on.
In the “{” Photography mode, pressing the
“DISP” button changes the display status one step
in a 3-step cycle from “LCD monitor ON” to “No
text displayed” to “LCD monitor OFF” and so on.

elbows against your body and grip the camera
firmly in both hands. When you are holding the
camera on its side, hold it so that the shutter
button is at the top.

and then use the “a” and “b” buttons to
correct the setting.

the “MENU/OK”button.

When the time displayed passes “12:00:00”, the
AM/PM setting automatically switches.

date display shown on the LCD monitor and
then press the “MENU/OK” button.
➁Set the mode dial to “E” (Photography) or
“D” (Playback) to exit Setup mode.

In Photography mode, the date display disappears
