Steps First

The camera uses an NP-95 rechargeable battery.

R Attach the supplied adapter before charging the battery (the adapter is attached at shipment).

3Charge the battery.

Remove the battery when charging is com- plete. See the specifications (P118) for charg- ing times (note that charging times increase at low temperatures).

QUnplug the charger when it is not in use.
