MEMO

The brightness and color of the screen shown during movie recording may differ from those shown before recording begins.

The focus, exposure and white balance will be automatically adjusted to the scene being shot even after recording has started.

If recording is stopped immediately after it begins,

1 second of the movie is recorded onto the Memory Card or internal memory.

CAUTION

Because a movie is recorded onto the Memory Card or internal memory as it is saved, it cannot be recorded correctly if the camera suddenly loses power (if the batteries run out or the AC power adapter is disconnected).

A movie file taken by FinePix S5700 / FinePix S700 / FinePix S5800 / FinePix S800 may not be playable on other cameras.

EVF/LCD MODE in the USET-UP menu is automatically set to 60 fps (p.167).

Because sound is recorded concurrently with the images, make sure that you do not cover the microphone with a finger, etc. (p.14).

Camera operation noises may be recorded during movie shooting.
