Using the Celestial Tab

• Acquiring Satellites—The receiver is looking for, and

Using the GPS Tab

The GPS tab displays GPS satellite positions and signal strength bars.

Looking For Satellites

AutoLocate®—The receiver does not know your previous location. This process can take up to five minutes.

Receiver Not Usable—The receiver is unusable, possibly due to interference or abnormal satellite conditions. Turn the unit off and back on to reset.

Simulating Navigation—The receiver is in simulator mode (page 23).

GPS accuracy information is indicated along the bottom of the screen.

Accuracy—indicates the approximate accuracy of the unit.

DGPS Rcvr—indicates the status of the DGPS receiver (page 16).
