La siguiente guía para batir es una sugerencia para seleccionar velocidades entre las 6 velocidades de la batidora. Comience a la velocidad 1 y aumente a la velocidad deseada según la consistencia de la receta.

1BAJA velocidad para envolver o mezclar ingredientes secos, muffins o panes rápidos

2Para batir mantequilla y azúcar y la mayoría de masas para galletas

3MEDIANA velocidad para la mayoría de mezclas preparadas para pasteles; masa para pan

4Baños/glaseado y puré de papas; masa para pan

5Batir claras de huevo; masa para pan

6ALTA velocidad para batir crema; masa para pan

NOTA: Los ganchos para masa se deben usar solamente a velocidades entre 3 y 6.

Sugerencias para el batido

La masa para galletas es una de las masas más espesas para batir. Esta tarea se puede hacer más fácil siguiendo estas sugerencias:

Use un tazón grande para que los ingredientes se puedan esparcir bien y sea más fácil mezclarlos.

La mantequilla o la margarina deben estar a temperatura ambiente.

Agregue los ingredientes uno por uno y mezcle bien después de cada adición.

Agregue harina una taza por vez.

Para agregar trozos de chocolate o nueces a una masa muy espesa, recomendamos mezclarlos a mano al final de la receta.

La limpieza de su batidora

1.Siempre apague y desenchufe la batidora del tomacorriente eléctrico antes de expulsar los accesorios.

2.Lave los accesorios en agua caliente y jabonosa; enjuague y seque.

3.Limpie el cuerpo de la batidora y el cordón con un paño limpio y húmedo.

NOTAS:

No use productos de limpieza abrasivos o esponjillas.

Para reducir el riesgo de choque eléctrico no sumerja el cuerpo de la batidora o el cordón en agua ni en ningún otro líquido.

La caja opcional de almacenamiento se debe limpiar con un paño húmedo. No se puede limpiar en la lavavajillas.
