Mode Button Operation
The GE features a convenient mode button that allows for easy mode selection. All available modes are listed as follows:
Mode Name Icon Description
Auto mode Select to take still pictures in automatic mode.
Manual mode

Many of the camera settings can be congured manually in this mode.
Panorama mode Select to capture a sequence of shots and stitch them together to create panoramic photo.
Scene mode Choose from 20 dierent scene types and eects for your photos.
Movie mode Select to record videos.
ASCN mode Select to have the camera automatically select the best scene type for still pictures.
Portrait Select to take portrait pictures under normal conditions.
