3 - ANSWERING INCOMING CALLS
When an incoming call is received, the telephone will ring.
- Toanswer the call press the ON/OFF button (the IN USE LED light) and
speak.
- On completion of the call, press the ON/OFF button again to release the
line (the IN USE LED turn off).
4 - MAKING A CALL
- Press the ON/OFF button (the IN USE LED light).
- Await the dial tone and dial required number.
- On completion of the call, press the ON/OFF button again to release the
line (the IN USE LED turn off).
5 - LAST NUMBER REDIAL
- Press the ON/OFF button.
- Await the dial tone and press the REDIAL button.
The previously dialled number will be automatically re-dialled.
6 - MEMORY FUNCTION
Tostore a number in memory:
- Press the ON/OFF button.
- Dial the number.
- Press the MEM button.
Todial a number from memory:
- Press the ON/OFF button.
- Press the MEM button.
The stored number will be dialled automatically.
7 - MUTE BUTTON
If you wish to speak privately to someone else in the room – without your
caller overhearing, press and hold the MUTE button. You will still be abble
to hear the caller’s but they cannot hear you during the mute operation. To
resume normal conversation , release the MUTE button.
