CONSEQUENTIALDAMAGES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLYIN

CONNECTIONWITH THE HEADSET,THE USE OF THE HEADSET OR

OTHERWISE,WHETHERFOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS REVENUES

OROTHERWISE.

Thiswarranty sets forth the entire responsibility of Gennum with respect to

theheadset, firmware,and software, wall charger with adapters,replacement

tipsand writtenmaterials. Yourexclusive remedy is repair,replacementor

refundas stated herein.Inno event shall Gennum'sliabilitiesexceed thecost

ofcorrecting defects as provided herein and anysuch liabilities will terminate

uponexpiration of the warranty period.

Thiswarranty is valid only when the headset is purchased from a Gennum

AuthorizedDealer,and applies only to the original purchaser. Headsetswith

theserial number or model designation removed,altered,replaced or defaced

arenot coveredby this warranty.
