PULLEY INFORMATION

Pulley selection and pump speed are based on a 1725 RPM motor and "B" section belts. When selecting desired GPM, allow for a ±5% tolerance on pumps output due to variations in pulleys, belts and motors among manufacturers.

1.Select GPM required, then select appropriate motor and pump pulley from the same line.

2.The desired pressure is achieved by selecting the correct nozzle size that corresponds with the pump GPM.

HORSEPOWER INFORMATION Horsepower ratings shown are the power require- ments for the pump. Gas engine power outputs must be approximately twice the pump power requirements shown above.

We recommend that a 1.1 service factor be specified when selecting an electric motor as the power source. To compute specific pump horsepower requirements, use the following formula:

HP = (GPM x PSI) / 1440

LP450, LP350, LP400 specifications

The Giant LP400, LP350, and LP450 are exceptional hydraulic mini excavators that exemplify versatility, power, and efficiency in the compact machinery market. Each model offers unique features tailored for various excavation needs, making them indispensable for landscaping, construction, and agricultural operations.

Starting with the LP400, this machine stands out with its impressive lifting capacity and excellent reach. Weighing approximately 4 tons, it is powered by a robust engine that delivers optimal performance while maintaining fuel efficiency. The LP400 is equipped with a rigid frame, reinforced boom, and advanced hydraulic system that allows for smooth operation and precise control. Notably, its compact design facilitates work in tight spaces, while its zero tail swing feature ensures maneuverability around obstacles.

The LP350, slightly smaller in size, is specifically designed for urban environments and smaller job sites. It weighs around 3.5 tons and combines power with agility. The machine is ideal for digging, grading, and demolition, featuring a quick attach system that allows users to change attachments easily. The LP350 incorporates advanced technology such as proportional controls for smoother functions and real-time diagnostics to assist operators in maintaining optimal performance.

On the other hand, the LP450 is the powerhouse of the series. With a weight of 4.5 tons, it is engineered for larger projects requiring greater force and stability. The LP450 features an extended boom reach and a higher lifting capacity, allowing it to handle demanding tasks. Its state-of-the-art hydraulic system maximizes performance and efficiency, while its enhanced stability ensures safety during operation. This model also includes an ergonomically designed cab, providing comfort and visibility for the operator.

Across the three models, advanced safety features are paramount, including anti-slip steps, reinforced structures, and emergency shut-off systems. These machines are designed not only to perform efficiently but also to prioritize operator safety in challenging working environments.

In summary, the Giant LP400, LP350, and LP450 represent a blend of strength, agility, and innovative technology. They cater to various excavation needs with their specialized features, making them an excellent choice for professionals in multiple industries. Whether it’s the agile LP350 or the powerful LP450, each model brings reliability and superior performance to the field.
