When attached to the playard top rails:

•Possible entanglement or strangulation injury:

•Remove toy when baby begins to push up on hands and knees.

•Recommended use from birth to 5 months.

•Keep out of baby's reach. This toy is not intended to be mouthed by the child and should be positioned clearly out of reach of the child's face and mouth.

•Always securely attach hooks provided to the playard according to instructions. Check frequently.

•DO NOT add additional strings or straps to play gym or playard.

•NEVER use play gym on the inside of the playard.
