Seat Pad (sold separately)
Step 4.
Lay seat pad face down and flip up end of pad with clips. Insert 3 tabs from plastic clip into seat as shown 4 .
Step 5.
Wrap seat pad oYer on top of base 5 .
Step 6.
Attach elastic to hooks to bottom of base 6 .
