Graco warrantsall equipmenlmanufacturedby it and bearingits nameto befree fromdefects inmaterial andworkman- ship onthe date ofsale by an authorized Graco distributor the original purchaser foruse. As purchaser’ssole remedy for breach of thiswarranty, Gracowill, for aperiod of twelve months fromthe date of sale, repair or replace any partof the equipment provendefective, This warrantyapplies only when the equipmentis installed, operated and maintained in accordance with Graco’s written recommydations.

Thiswarrantydoesnot cover, andGraco shallnot be liablefor,any malfunction, damageorwearcaused byfauityinstalla- tion, misapplication, abrasion, corrosion, inadequate or improper maintenance,negligence, accident, tampering, or substitution of non-Graco component parts. Norshall Graco be liable for malfunction,damage or wearcaused by the incompatibilitywith Graco equipment of structures, accessories, equipment or materialssuppliednot by Graco, or the improper design, manufacture,installation,operation or maintenance of structures,accessories,equipment or materials not.supplied by Graco.

This warrantyis conditioned upon the prepaid return of the equipmentclaimed to be defectiveto an authorized Graco distributor forverification of theclaim. If the claimed defect is verified, Gracowill repair orreplace free of charge any defective parts. Theequipmentwill be returnedto the originalpurchasertransportationprepaid. If inspectionof the equip- ment does not disclose any defectin material or workmanship, repairswill be made at areasonable charge, which charges may include the costs of parts, labor and transportation.
