Before Calling for Assistance

If your Kettle should malfunction or fail to operate, please check the following:

•Is the Kettle plugged in?

•Is the fuse in the circuit to the Kettle in working order? If you have a circuit breaker box, be sure the circuit breaker is closed.

•Let kettle sit unplugged for 20 minutes to allow the heater and thermostat to reset, then plug kettle back in. Refill and use as normal.

•If the problem is not due to one of the items mentioned above, see Customer service Information section.

•DO NOT return the Kettle to the retailer (store) as they do not pro- vide service.
