Warrantyisnottransferable.HarmanStoveCompanywarrantsitsproductstobefreefromdefectsin
materialandworkmanship,innormaluseandservice,forve(5)yearsfromthedateofpurchase.
 Ifdefectiveinmaterialorworkmanship,andifremovedbytheownerwithin60monthsofthedateof
installation,HarmanStoveCompanywill,atitsoption,repairorreplacetheproductasdescribedbelow.
 ThewarrantyaboveconstitutestheentirewarrantywithrespecttoHarmanStoveCompanyproduct.
HARMAN STOVE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No
employee,agent,dealer,orotherpersonisauthorizedtogiveanywarrantyonbehalfofHarmanStoveCom-
pany.Thiswarrantydoesnotapplyiftheproducthasbeenalteredinanywayafterleavingthefactory.Harman
StoveCompanyassumesnoliabilityfor“resultantdamagesofanykind”arisingfromtheuseofitsproducts.In
addition,themanufacturershallbeheldfreeandharmlessfromliabilityfordamagetopropertyrelatedtothe
operation,properorimproper,oftheproduct.THEREARENOOTHERWARRANTIESWHICHEXTENDBE-
YOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.
 THESEWARRANTIESAPPLYonlyifthedeviceisinstalledandoperatedasrecommendedinthemanu-
al.
 THESEWARRANTIESWILLNOTAPPLYifdamageiscausedbyabuse,accident,improperinstallation,
negligence,orusebeyondtheratedcapacity.
 LABORRESPONSIBILITY-Infurnishingreplacementparts,HarmanStoveCompanyassumesnore-
sponsibilityforlaborexpensesforservice,removal,orre-installation.
 MAKINGACLAIM-Anyclaimunderthiswarrantyshallbemadetothedealerfromwhomthisappliance
waspurchased.Then,contactismadewiththemanufacturer,givingthemodel,serialnumber,dateofpur-
chase,dealer’snameandaddress,plusasimpleexplanationofthenatureofthedefect.
 SHIPPINGCOSTS-Thetransportationchargesareasfollows:

  (2)HarmanStoveCompanyPre-payschargesfortherepairedorreplacementunit.
NOTE:Priorapproval,byphoneorinwriting,shallbemadebeforeshippingtheappliancetomanufacturer.
THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO DEFECTIVE PARTS-REPAIR AND/OR REPLACEMENT AT HARMAN
OPTION AND EXCLUDES ANY INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CONNECTED THERE-
WITH.

 Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrights.Youmayalsohaveotherrights,whichvaryfromstateto
state,whichmaybeenforceableinacourtoflaw.
 REMEDIES-Theremediessetforthhereinareexclusive,andtheliabilityofsellerwithrespecttoany
contractofsaleorthingsdoneinconnectiontherewith,whetherincontract,intort,underanywarranty,oroth-
erwise,shallnot,exceptashereinexpresslyprovided,exceedthepriceoftheequipmentorpartofwhichsuch
liabilityisbased.
 CLARIFY-Theaboverepresentsthecompletewarantygiveninconnectionwithboilersmanufacturedby
HarmanStoveCompany.Noothercommitments,verbalorotherwise,shallapply,exceptbyawrittenadden-
dumtothiswarranty.
