Bridge Crane Control Panels

All motorized bridge cranes require a master panel to control bridge crane functions. Harrington control panels are completely pre-wired and tested, and ready to mount on bridge beam. Standard panel is NEMA 1 rated and includes:

Through-the-door fused disconnect switch

is osha compliant lock-out capable

Main line contactor	Reversing contactor	Thermal overload relay
allows the crane to be turned	provides bridge crane	(auto-reset) protects crane
on and off from the pendant	forward and reverse control	drives from overheating

Control transformer	Fusing for crane drives	Electric Acceleration Control (EAC)
(with primary and secondary	protect motors and are NEC compliant	allows easy field adjustment of crane
fusing) provides low voltage		acceleration and helps minimize load swing
control circuit for pendant
