Check engine stop lever operation: Operate the engine stop lever several times. Ensure that the cable moves freely and that the lever returns automatically to the engine stop position when released.
Check the ground drive clutch lever operation:
Operate the engine stop lever and push forward on the clutch lever until it locks into position. Release the engine stop lever to a half way position and check that the clutch lever releases automatically to the disengaged position. Operate several times and ensure that the cable and mechanism operates freely.
