1-1. COLD BASES The Henny Penny cold bases are self-serve units, designed to hold
chilled, or refrigerated products. The units are electronically
controlled for easy use and for consistent operation.

1-3. PROPER CARE As in any unit of food service equipment, the Henny Penny cold
bases does require care and maintenance. Requirements for the
maintenance and cleaning are contained in this manual and must
become a regular part of the operation of the unit at all times.
