HEAD CLEANING

•Dirt can accumulate on the video heads after a period of time and may cause the playback picture to become blurred or look like part of the video information is lost. This does not mean that the recorded program has been erased but that head cleaning is required. Use the Maxell 8M-CLT or similar dry type head cleaning tape to clean the video heads.

•If the picture does not clear up after using the head cleaning tape, professional cleaning by a service technician may be necessary.

•Consult your nearest dealer or VCR service center for head cleaning.
