When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:

1.	Read all instructions before using this heater.
2.	This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not
	let bare skin touch hot surfaces. If provided, use
	handles when moving this heater. Keep combustible
	materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers,
	clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the
	front of the heater and keep them away from the
	sides and rear.
3.	Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is
	used by or near children or invalids and whenever
	the heater is left operating and unattended.
4.	Always unplug heater when not in use.
5.	Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or

HOW CONVECTION HEAT WORKS

As the heater warms the air, hot air rises into the room. This forces the cooler air down towards the heater, where it is warmed. This cycle continues until the desired temperature has been reached. There is no fan so operation is virtually silent.

Heat Mode Selection

Select your desired heat settings by pressing the Heat Mode Button to cycle through the heat settings. An indicator light will illuminate to indicate that the selected setting/mode is activated:

Max - HIGH Heat Setting

The heater will run continuously at 1500W.

Low - LOW Heat Setting

The heater will run continuously at 750W.

Eco - Eco-Smart™ Setting

The heater will cycle between high (at 1500W) and low (at 750W) heat settings to provide heat.

Timer

This heater is equipped with 12-Hour Auto Shut-off Timer feature. This allows you to program your heater to shut off automatically after running for 4-hour, 8-hour or 12-hour intervals.

1.Press the Timer Button ( ) to cycle through 4-hour, 8-hour or 12-hour options.

2.Select your desired interval for the heater to shut-off automatically. The corresponding hour indicator light will illuminate.

3.To cancel the Timer feature, press the Timer Button ( ) until all Timer indicator lights go off.

CLEANING/MAINTENANCE

Always unplug the heater before cleaning and allow the heater to cool down.

1.Clean the unit with a soft cloth moistened with a mild soap solution.

2.NEVER use abrasive or flammable solvents to clean the unit.

3.After cleaning, be sure to completely dry the unit with a cloth or towel.

4.Store heater in a cool, dry location.

5.It is recommended that you store the unit in its original carton.

TIP: Over time, dust may accumulate on the grills. This can be removed by wiping the unit with a damp cloth.

AUTO SAFETY SHUT-OFF

This heater is equipped with a technologically-advanced safety system that requires the user to reset the heater if there is a potential overheat situation. When a potential overheat temperature is reached, the system will automatically shut the heater off. It can only resume operation when the user resets the unit.

If the heater shuts down:

1.Stand the heater upright.

2.Unplug the heater and allow 30 minutes for the heater to cool down.

3.After 30 minutes plug the heater in and operate normally.

4.If the heater does not work normally, repeat steps 1, 2 and 3 again.

	ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an
	electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.

	the carton for off-season storage.
2.	Place heater on a firm, level surface.
3.	Plug heater into a standard outlet. Once plugged in,
	the Power Light will illuminate.

Power On/Off

Press the Power On/Off Button to turn the heater on. Once on, the heater will run in the Max Heat mode. Press the Power On/Off button to manually turn off the heater at any setting.

NOTE: The Power Light will remain illuminated while unit is plugged in.

Thermostat Control

Your heater is equipped with a digital thermostat that allows you to set your heater to a precise comfort level by pressing the Thermostat Button.

To preset a precise comfort level, press the Thermostat Button to adjust the temperature level ranging from 65°F to 85°F. The corresponding Temperature Indicator will illuminate once selected. When the preset temperature is reached, the heater will shut off. When the room temperature drops below the preset temperature, the heater will automatically turn on again to maintain the preset temperature level.

NOTE: It is normal for the heater to cycle on and off to maintain the preset temperature. Raise the thermostat setting to prevent the heater from cycling.

NOTE: To shut the heater off at any setting, press the

Power Button ( ) until all indicator lights shut off. The

digital thermostat has memory; it will remember the last temperature setting before the heater is turned off.

Tip Over Shut-Off:

When the heater is accidentally knocked over, it will instantly shut off. The heater may also shut off if it is moved or bumped. To reset, simply place the heater in an upright position, and press Power On/Off Button to resume operation.

THIS APPLIANCE HAS A POLARIZED PLUG (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MODIFY THIS PLUG OR DEFEAT THIS

SAFETY FEATURE IN ANY WAY.

NOTE: Avoid overloading your circuit by not using

4. Operate heater by pressing the Power Button (	)
and selecting the modes and settings according to
your preference.

However, if the heater is unplugged, the digital thermostat will no longer remember the previous temperature setting. You will need to reset the digital thermostat if the heater is unplugged.

APAGADO AUTOMATICO DE SEGURIDAD

Para reducir el riesgo de incendios, descargas eléctricas y lesiones personales al utilizar electrodomésticos, siga siempre las precauciones básicas de seguridad, incluyendo las que se mencionan a continuación:

FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA CONVECCIÓN DE CALOR

A medida que el calefactor calienta el aire, el aire caliente sube en la habitación. Esto obliga que el aire más frío baje hacia el calefactor, donde es calentado. Este ciclo continúa hasta que se alcance la temperatura deseada. No hay ventiladores por tanto la función es silenciosa.

Seleccione las configuraciones de temperatura deseada presionando para recorrer las configuraciones de temperatura. Una luz indicadora se encenderá para indicar que se ha activado el modo o la configuración seleccionada.

Max - Configuración temperatura ALTA

El calefactor funcione continuamente a 1500 W.

Low - Configuración temperatura BAJA

El calefactor funcione continuamente a 750W.

Eco - Configuración Eco-Smart™

El calefactor alternará entre configuraciones de temperatura alta (1500 W) y baja (750 W) para calentar.

Temporizador

Este Calefactor viene con la función de temporizador de apagado automático a las 12 horas. Esto permite programar el calefactor para que se apague de manera automática luego de haber estado en funcionamiento por 4, 8 ó 12 horas.

1.Presione el botón Temporizador ( ) para que sigan la secuencia por 4, 8 ó 12 horas.

2.Seleccione el intervalo deseado en el que el calefactor se apagará automáticamente. La luz indicadora de horario correspondiente se encenderá.

3.Para cancelar la función Temporizador, presione el botón Temporizador ( ) hasta se apagarán todas las luces indicadoras del Temporizador.

LIMPIEZA / MANTENIMIENTO

Siempre desenchufe el calefactor y deje que se enfríe antes de limpiarlo.

1.Limpie la unidad con un paño suave, humedecido en una solución de jabón suave.

2.NUNCA utilice solventes abrasivos o inflamables para limpiar la unidad.

3.Luego de limpiarla, asegúrese de secar completamente la unidad con un trapo o toalla.

4.Guarde el calefactor en un lugar fresco y seco.

5.Se recomienda guardar la unidad en su embalaje original.

*CONSEJO: Con el transcurso del tiempo se acumulará polvo en las rejillas delanteras que puede eliminarse con un paño húmedo.

APAGADO AUTOMATICO DE SEGURIDAD

Este calefactor está equipada con un sistema de seguridad tecnológicamente avanzado y que requiere que el usuario la reactive si se produce un recalentamiento. Si la unidad se recalienta, el sistema la apagará automáticamente y sólo podrá volver a funcionar si el usuario la reactiva manualmente.

Si el calefactor se apaga:

1.Coloque el calefactor en forma vertical.

2.Desenchufe el calefactor y deje que se enfríe durante 30 minutos.

3.Al cabo de 30 minutos enchufe el calefactor para que funcione de forma normal.

4.Si el calefactor no funciona normalmente, repita los pasos 1, 2 y 3 de nuevo.

5.	NO utilice el calefactor si el cable o el enchufe están
	dañados o luego de una falla, se haya caído o haya
	sufrido cualquier tipo de daño. Deseche el calefactor o
	devuélvalo al centro de servicio autorizado para su
	revisión y/o reparación.
6.	NO utilizar en el exterior.
7.	Este calefactor no está diseñado para ser utilizado en
	baños, lavaderos y zonas similares de interiores.

15.	Al desenchufarlo, asegúrese de tirar del enchufe y no
	del cable.
16.	Si el calefactor no funciona, vea las instrucciones
	específicas del apagado automático de seguridad.
17.	NO intente reparar o ajustar ninguna función eléctrica
	o mecánica de esta unidad. El hacerlo invalidará la
	garantía. La unidad no contiene partes reparables por
	el usuario. Toda reparación debe ser realizada

Su calefactor está equipado con un termostato digital que le permite configurar el calefactor a un nivel de confort preciso presionando el botón Termostato ( ).

Cuando el calefactor se encuentre accidentalmente inclinada, se apagará de manera inmediata y la luz de encendido eléctrica permanece iluminada. El calefactor también se apagará si se la mueve o golpea. Para restablecerlo, coloque el calefactor en posición vertical, y presione el botón Encendido/Apagado para comenzar a

8.	No coloque el cable debajo de la alfombra. No cubra el
	cable con alfombras, tapetes o artículos similares. No

9.	Para desconectarlo, gire el control a la posición OFF,
	luego quite el enchufe del tomacorriente.
10.	No inserte ni permita que objetos extraños penetren

18.	Deje de usarlo si el cable o el enchufe se calienta. Se
	recomienda que reemplace el tomacorriente si el
