F111 Ceiling-Mounted Commercial Media Air Cleaner

SPECIFICATION DATA

FEATURES

High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter models are 99.97% efficient and the hospital grade particle filter models are 95% efficient at 0.3 micron particles. Both models are more efficient on particles smaller and larger. There is also a 95% ASHRAE model.

Circulates up to 1230 cfm.

Provides Coanda airflow distribution by drawing air from the room into the center of the room and discharging the air to both ends of the room.

Designed to overcome the increase in airflow resistance normally caused by filter loading.

White or black cover color complements ceiling color.

CPZ module removes VOC and space odors for up to 24 months.

APPLICATION

The F111 Ceiling-Mounted Media Air Cleaner is designed for use in commercial applications that require the removal of air- borne particles and odors. Typical applications include restaurants, bars, schools, offices, daycare centers, smoking lounges, and any indoor space where people meet, work or play. The F111 removes airborne particles such as dust, soot, and some cooking smoke from the air circulated through the filter.

The F111 uses a single-speed, direct-drive, forward curve blower motor with a high efficiency particulate arrestance (HEPA) filter that provides high-efficiency removal of particulates. When equipped with CPZ™ modules, the F111 also removes volatile organic compounds (VOC) and odor. This high filtration and adsorption efficiency enables the F111 to remove many of the troublesome particles, gases and odors from the indoor air.

Using the F111 to clean and recirculate indoor air can reduce the amount of outside air required to meet the ASHRAE venti- lation standard. This results in lower energy costs because there is less outside air to condition.

F111 specifications

The Honeywell F111 is a versatile and innovative aircraft system that has found a prominent place in aviation history. Designed primarily for multi-role missions, the F111 combines features that enhance its performance, adaptability, and operational effectiveness.

One of the main characteristics of the F111 is its variable-geometry wings, also known as swing wings. This design enables the aircraft to optimize its aerodynamic performance across various flight regimes, allowing it to excel in both high-speed flight and low-speed operations, such as takeoffs and landings. The ability to change the angle of the wings enhances maneuverability and contributes to a maximum speed of Mach 2.5.

Equipped with advanced avionics, the F111 features a sophisticated flight control system that provides pilots with enhanced situational awareness and greater control during various mission profiles. Its terrain-following radar technology allows the aircraft to fly at low altitudes while avoiding terrain, significantly increasing its survivability in combat scenarios.

The F111 also boasts a robust weapon delivery system capable of deploying a wide array of ordnance. It is designed to carry precision-guided munitions, including laser-guided bombs and air-to-ground missiles, making it a formidable platform in both close air support and strategic strike roles. This versatility in armament ensures that the F111 can adapt to different combat requirements.

Furthermore, its engines are equipped with afterburners, providing the aircraft with substantial thrust for rapid acceleration and high-speed performance. The F111's Pratt & Whitney TF30 engines deliver a blend of power and efficiency, allowing for extended range and endurance during missions.

Another crucial feature of the F111 is its twin-engine configuration, which enhances operational reliability and redundancy. This design minimizes the risk of total failure, enabling the aircraft to complete its mission successfully even if one engine experiences an issue.

Overall, the Honeywell F111 remains a hallmark of engineering excellence, showcasing cutting-edge technology and a design philosophy focused on versatility and performance. Its combination of variable-geometry wings, advanced avionics, a robust weapon system, and reliable engine performance makes the F111 an enduring symbol of military aviation capability. With its ability to fulfill diverse roles, it continues to be a vital asset in various air forces around the world.
