How do I register my Presario product?
For Asia Pacific countries, you can register your Compaq Presario Product via the Internet at http://ap.compaq.com.sg/support.
For Taiwan, Hong Kong SAR, People's Republic of China, you can register your Compaq product by one of the following methods:
•Online Registration at: http://www.compaq.com.hk/service/ for Hong Kong* http://www.compaq.com.cn/service/ for People’s Republic of China http://www.compaq.com.tw/services/ for Taiwan*
(* Recommended method for Hong Kong and Taiwan)
•Use the Owner Registration Card (ORC) and ensure that you fill up the appropriate card for your region.
NOTE: Incomplete cards will not be processed.
Remove the appropriate address sticker and attach it to the ORC as indicated on the card. Mail the card back to Compaq.
What is Compaq's Replaceable Parts Programme?
In countries where it is available, the Compaq Replaceable Parts Programme ships certain replaceable parts directly to you to fulfill your warranty - which will save you considerable repair time. After calling the Compaq Call Center in your country (if available), a replaceable part may be sent directly to you. Once the part arrives, you may call the Compaq Call Center in your country where a technician will assist you over the phone with the installation.
