6-i” INTRODUCTION TO THIS SECTION
This section containsinformation for orderingperts. Table 6-l liste assemblieswithin the instrument that may be replacedon an exchangebasis.Table 6-2 lista referencedesignationsand abbreviations that areusedin the ReplaceablePactsList. Table6-3 lists all replaceablepart8 in the instrument. Table 6-4 contains the namesand addressesthat correspondto the manufacturer’scodenumberslisted in Table 6-3. Also includedin this sectionarephotographsand drawingsto aid in identifying end ordering chassismountedparts and mechanicalparts.

Table 6-l lists assemblieswitbin the instrument that may be replacedon an exchangebasis, tbue affording a considerablecost savinge.Exchange,factory-repairedand t&ad assembliesare available only on a trade-in basis;therefore,the defectiveassembliesmust be returnedfor credit. For this reason, assembliesrequiredfor spareparts stock must be orderedby the newassemblypart number.

Table 6-2 lists the referencedesignation letters for electrical parte in the instrument. The letter designationsfound in Table 6-2 are coupledwith muneric designationsta provide a unique reference designationfor eachpart in the instrument. For example AlAlRl is the referencedesignationof a particular resihr Rl on assemblyAlAl.
Table 6-2 also lista abbreviationsusedin the parts hat and on schematics.
