A . No, the cradle for the iPAQ hx2000 series Pocket PC does not have an infrared transmitter; however, the iPAQ hx2000 series Pocket PC has integrated SIR and supports connections to both SIR and FIR equipped devices.

A . No.

A . No.

Q . Does this cradle work with iPAQ Pocket PCs other than hx2000 series?

A . Yes, this cradle is designed for compatibility with other HP iPAQ Pocket PCs if you have the correct adapter for your specific device.

Q . Can I use any of the iPAQ hx2000 series Pocket PC as a phone?

A . No, the iPAQ hx2000 series Pocket PC model does not have WAN or phone capability. Therefore, this device is intended for data use, as opposed to voice communications.
